Responsibilities :• Preparing formwork/falsework design and drawings for various concrete structures.• Performing static analysis, checking to ensure optimal design .• Providing supervision during the initial assembling of system formwork .• Ensuring correct assembling of system formwork carried out by the customers .• Executing formwork solutions or troubleshoot technical problem at site .• Site Coordination of the material delivery and return at site .• Providing Designs,Quantities & Calculations sheets for Formworks/Falseworks systems .

Responsibilities :- Manage the design engineers to provide consultancy of technical solutions to the sales team and clients.- Ensure that all design solutions are safe, technically accurate and cost effective.- Develop and manage engineering team ensuring they are given the resources and opportunities to succeed to be able to provide a cost-effective formwork solution.- Ensure continuous training and development of the team in the engineering department.- Represents company relating to technical matters towards customers, authorities and third parties.- Performing static analysis, checking to ensure optimal design.- Interaction with the sales department to provide the most effective design for the customer.- Interaction with the operation team to make sure the inventory level is sufficient for supply.- The independent, technical offer and order processing with the optimal solution for our customers- Develop and implement an engineering strategy.- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives to meet budget plans.- Set achievable goals, monitor performance, and define measures to drive performance improvement, and report on results.- Manage, monitor and report on compliance with established quality standards.- Ensure all applicable quality standards are maintained.
