• Maintaining and developing Iqraaly’s online presence including the website & social media channels.• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.• Track and analyze digital campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations.• Write and optimize content for the website with the goal of increasing search traffic and maintain voice for the brand.• Create paid campaigns that generate app installs and conversion using Facebook & Google Ads.• Perform website audits and develop related recommendations to ensure SEO best practice compliance.• Set up a strategy to optimize and improve the Application visibility in Google Play Store, App Store & AppGallery.• Execute Mobile Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging through Firebase.

• Set up and optimize social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Iqraaly’s content.• Generate, edit and publish creative targeted daily content promoting the concept of Audiobooks.• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of social platforms and other marketing channels.• Coordinate ad campaigns and social media strategy with marketing team members.• Moderate all user-generated content across social media platforms and encourages them to take actions.

Overview: DECCA project aims at creating and sustaining a space for expression, coexistence, cultural diversity and entrepreneurial practices in the arts, craftsmanship and alternative economic models by providing a unique community center which is an opened, safe and free zone for innovation. This community center is in El Minia which is a city located in Upper Egypt and has a very limited access to cultural and art movement, so that DECCA project aims to increase the access to culture, art and tools of cultural expression in El Minia community through: the community center and bringing some professional artists from outside the local community.DECCA project is implemented by Oyoon Art Group in a partnership with M.A.I.S “Movimento per l’Autosviluppo, l’Interscambio e la Solidaritiera’” and funded by the European Commission.Responsibilities:• Making database of all the center visitors.• Coordination of the center’s rooms reservation.• Follow up the center email.• The center management in terms of (stationary, organization, employee Timesheet ) • Developing reports for senior HR Officers on staff sick leave, absences and holiday leave.• Providing professional advisory support to company employees. • Management of the handicraft gallery inside the center in coordination with the handicraft coordinator.• Hotels and transportation reservation.• Writing & designing a monthly newsletter about the company's activities.• Preliminary designing and editing for the publications of the center and events.• Documents and reports translation.• providing monthly reports to the Project Officer• Planning with the project team.

'Young Arab Voices' was jointly launched in 2011 by the British Council and the Anna Lindh Foundation, in response to the historic political and social changes taking place across the Arab region. The purpose of the programme is to train young people in debating skills and facilitate youth participation in new processes of democratic transition and reform. It has led to the creation of debate clubs in a wide range of settings, from schools and universities to cultural spaces and grass-root NGOs.
