• Ensures the classification criteria of the goods in the warehouse area, zone, materials, and categories along with the back office retail area and with the store manager.• Ensures that the goods are in entered into the IT System (SAP).• Prepares the products destined to the sales floor. • Plans the dispatch of goods to clients, Factories, other store.• Organizes the returns at the end of season.• Prepares and organizes the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly store Inventory.• Ensures that all transport documents are filled in properly, both manually and in the IT system.• Informs staff regarding the store objectives and involves them in reaching them.• Ensures adequate care for the product throughout the entire transport process and points this out to the staff and to the store personnel.• Maintains contact with logistics and manages the necessary paperwork for the pony-express• Ensures proper training of the staff and in particular with regards to the IT system
