More face-time with clients for hands-on training sessions. I handle quite a large number of agencies. I'm also the go-to guy for out-of-the-box but still practical solutions whenever we run into problems.

I solve problems for my clients in the finance, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, travel, gaming and FMCG verticals (quite a mouthful, I know) around the APAC region. I've been in China quite a fair bit recently as well.I'm also at the Facebook office pretty often, they've got a great view and an even greater pantry.

As my title suggests, I specialize in all things digital. I've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of products within the company (such as Strife, Blizzard titles such as Heroes of the Storm and Diablo 3, MapleStory, Ragnarok Online, DC Universe Online and Phantasy Star Online 2 to name a few) and have been a part of all outgoing marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution. I also spearheaded the mobile gaming marketing division and grew it from its infancy to its current stage. In my free time, I work on developing and integrating internal cross promotion channels, optimizing internal assets such as the eDM database, while also championing the Analytics subset of my team.Most memorable moment: The first time I gamed during working hours as part of my job scope.Google certified in Analytics and Adwords.

In my somewhat short but enjoyable stint here, I had the opportunity to work on several campaigns such as the Lions activation and the Live It Up In the Air campaign. Daily tasks involved content curation of the various social media channels for the Singapore market as well as conceptualizing social media led initiatives. I also had the opportunity to work on eDM optimization which led to a visible increase in ROI for the e-commerce portion of the company. Analytics played an occasional key role here as well, especially in determining the right marketing mix. Most memorable moment: coming up with Chinese copy for banner ads.

This was my initial foray into a digital start-up. I was handling most accounts that came from the public sector and agencies. Most of my tasks on a daily basis included crisis monitoring, data analysis and segmentation, business development, and training on top of the whole client management shindig. Also had the opportunity to work on some other products such as Multitude, our live Twitter wall offering. This was as close as I got to working at a government agency so far. I handled Corporate Communications and Resource Development for a non-profit organisation. Developed brochures, collaterals and annual reports as part of my portfolio. Handled online activities such as web/CMS management as well as sent out eDMs to our database.Most memorable moment: meeting two famous speakers from Africa as part of an event I helped to organize.
