I am a psychotherapist, alternative therapy practitioner, educator, and author with more than 28 years of experience consulting and teaching individuals, couples, and groups in Japan, the United States, and Europe. I have offered workshops and seminars on a variety of topics including general mental health issues, personal growth, dream analysis, body work, grief counselling, conflict resolution, art and creativity, and work with people in coma and near death states. I published a book on dream interpretation in 2018 called "Dream Compass: Using Your Dreams as Your Guide". I have also participated in creating a dream interpretation application called Dream-e.
