Hitoshi Yoshida has over 20 years of organization and talent development experience. He has delivered change management consulting, direction alignment and team building workshops, talent development programs, and coaching to more than 300 clients with strong business facilitation skills.  Besides OD &HR consulting expertise, Hitoshi has plenty of management experience as P&L responsible top management roles in Japan, China, and the U.S., where are a racially & culturally diversified environment. Hitoshi experienced start-up business development in 2 companies and led change management projects in 2 different companies (one is a revival project from almost bankrupt condition to IPO, the other one is changing profit model). From 2018, Hitoshi started his career as an independent consultant & coach while he belongs to Indigo Blue, an HR consulting company, as a retained consultant corporate officer. He organizes and delivers leadership programs, change management workshop facilitation, and coaching. He received a BS in Management and Accounting from The University of Nevada, USA.
