Design and implement visually appealing, responsive user interfaces focused on accessibility for clients in higher education, non-profit, and union sectors. Regularly lead UX research and design projects; run and assist in discovery workshops; conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and competitive analyses; organize sitemaps and establish architecture; design wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes; analyze and improve the UX of current designs; review and test front-end work; iterate on designs and code with developers and engineers; write copy; establish content strategy; and conduct UX, design, and accessibility audits.

Developed and implemented branding for all business initiatives and events as Creative Lead, then promoted to additionally represent all cross-company marketing initiatives as Marketing & Creative Director. Set budgets and KPIs and promoted and created content for the full suite of products, events, and community outreach, leading teams in marketing efforts through ideation, collaboration, user research, design solutions, and iteration. Planned, designed, and co-built an e-commerce site for BSS stores and Lucky Dog Running. Designed, wrote, developed, and executed all digital and print campaign elements including email marketing for 50K subscribers.

Led and assisted design efforts for large-budget ad campaigns and new business pitches, creating full websites, landing pages, email campaigns, ad banners, storyboards, and social media. Initiated and led responsive design projects, including the reconstruction of a client’s B2B and B2C email strategies, which increased open, click-through, and conversion rates.
