In 2021, I decided to start my own business to help with our finances, not wanting the burden to solely fall on my husband, who is a disabled veteran. I found the cleaning industry intriguing and turned my ideas into reality by focusing on cleaning the outside of buildings through pressure washing. However, after pressure washing my own home and not being satisfied with the results, I realized there had to be a better way.Concerned about potential damage from high-pressure methods, I looked into alternatives and discovered soft washing—a method that doesn't rely on intense pressure but consistently delivers positive results.Inspired by the idea of an effective yet gentle cleaning approach, I named my company RainSoft ProWash. This reflects my commitment to thorough cleaning while prioritizing the safety and integrity of clients' property surfaces. RainSoft ProWash started in Chester, Virginia, and as the sole owner, I made exceptional customer service a top priority, drawing on my experience as a server and truck stop manager. Going above and beyond, I built a reputation for outstanding customer service, and that lead to a steady stream of referrals.To enhance convenience for both clients and the company, I transitioned from traditional in-person quotes to a more efficient online systems.
