Job Responsibilities:1. Maintaining the Company’s IT Infrastructure, servers and security systems. Resolving technical problems with LAN, WAN, wireless, and other systems. Assisting in managing and administrating network equipment including Router, switch, AP, and Cabling.2. Managing and maintaining administrative security compliance management tools including Next Generation Firewall (NGFW)- Fortigate, and End-Point Detections and Response (EDR)- Sophos Intercept X Endpoint.3. Configuring PC and laptop problems, ticket resolutions and track problems. Providing on-call/over-the-phone support to end users for hardware, software, etc. and engaging technical resources for onsite support to resolve the issue.4. Ensuring essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, email support, laptops, desktops, software and hardware.5. Provide recommendations for product procurement, including working with vendors to determine proposed solutions and obtaining quotes. Build, manage and maintain relationships with respective suppliers and stakeholders.6. Creating network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems and implementation.7. Assist in installing hardware and peripheral components like disk drives, printers, keyboards and monitors. Configure and maintain of company AD and Exchange Server, File Server, VMware and Hyper-V if required.8. Provide IP-based surveillance solutions. Install and configure the VoIP, NVR, DVR, IP camera, and Wi-Fi Camera.9. Assist in Managing company IT asset, inventory and software management and documenting company processes, policies and changes in system.

Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks at the customer`s end.3. Perform network testing, monitoring, maintenance, and analysis.4. Support for installing and configuring Fortinet/Sophos firewalls.5. Assist with the deployment of EDR and XDR.6. Research and evaluate security solutions, technologies, and products.7. Visit and survey for technical requirements at the customer-end locations.8. Create BOM/BoQ and analyze the cost.9. Collaborate with customers, OEMs and vendors.10. Providing IP-based CCTV surveillance solutions for customers.11. Implement surveillance-related projects.12. Assist in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting end-user IT devices and applications.
