After completing his secondary education in Balıkesir Sırrı Yırcalı Anatolian High School, he completed his undergraduate education in Yıldız Technical University "Electronics and Communication Engineering" department, and his master's degree education was completed in "Control and Automation" at the same university.He worked as a mid-level and senior-level manager in R&D, product management, business development departments in national and international enterprises (as an expat). In addition, he took over tasks as a consultant in important projects.He received his doctorate degree from Marmara University Management and Organization Department. He participated in various scientific researches during and after his PhD scholarship. He wrote the book "Management and Strategy in the International Area". He also took part in the translation team of the book "Organizational Behavior" written by G.P. Robbins and T.A. Judge into Turkish. His researches were published in national and international congresses, symposiums, and scientific journals. Hızır KONUK is an expert in the internationalization of companies and management of businesses in the international arena, strategic management, and individual, group, business-level organizational behavior issues. Because of his electronics and telecommunication career, he is especially interested in electronic R&D start-ups, and ICT companies. He continues his scientific studies on conflict, conflict management, and factors affecting the conflict on organizations and he takes on tasks as lecturer, trainer and consultant.
