Domain: E-commerce and InsuranceKey resposibilities:• Gather requirements from various departments such as Digital Partnership, Product, Customer Experience, Regulation Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Security, and Data Privacy.• Collaborate with payment partners such as MoMo, Shopee, ShopeePay, Sacombank, and Urbox to integrate payment methods into the Fremium Model.• Work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to establish a common roadmap.• Collaborate with the Regional team to integrate existing systems, conduct gap analysis, and propose solutions.• Write comprehensive documents on Confluence, including BRD, FRD, UC, US, mockups, wireframes, and more, ensuring they are consistently updated throughout the project delivery.• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Team, Dev Team, QC Team, and the Regional team to communicate requirements effectively (about 25 members).• Review relevant documents such as API documentation from Payment Partners to devise solutions.• Generate accounting reports for reconciliation with Payment Partners.• Utilize Jira for creating tickets and organizing them into backlogs/sprints.• Implement Agile/Water fall methodology throughout the project.
