Start of an ambitious residential project in a small town near Ghent, totalising approx 10.000m2 and 50 parkingsit has been built and sold in four phases.

On a prime location in Eeklo, I managed to obtain a building permit for a fine Cottage style residence, counting 16 flats and 20 covered parkings, surrounded by a marvelous old garden.Our company succeeded in an original development on that location.

I was granted the confidence of a landowner and his wife, when they conceded me an optionperiod of 6 months to finance the acquisition of their property located on a very prime location in 'Het Zoute', on the dike. That was the start of very ambitious real estate project.The building counted 10 very exclusive flats and showed a very original architecture.
