I help businesses and owners create long-term value through pursuing M&A transactions and leveraging new business opportunities. My focus lies within the technology industry and industries which depend on technology, e.g. digital and analytics are embedded into core processes. I enjoy working with numbers and thrive in the intersection of finance, strategy and technology, e.g. building financial models and designing organizations, processes and technical architecture on a high level. In 1997 I graduated with a master’s degree in Electrical engineering from the ETH Zürich in Switzerland (Dipl. El. Ing.) and completed my master’s thesis on software radios as a visiting scholar at MIT in the USA.My experience includes the following:1.
