Responsible for business development for DoD satcom systems. Developed relationships with key customers and established relationships with new customers. Started the Advanced Antenna Group, which would later become the Antenna Group inside ATG:- Captured the first contract with CERDEC for an ESA for Blue Force Tracking- Fostered relationships with two research universities, bringing in key technologies- With a university partner, developed the concept of a lens antenna which evolved into the RETINA antenna-Wrote winning proposals for lens antennas,printed antennas, and hypersonics, establishing relationships with three separate Navy customers

Worked directly with customers and customers of customers to develop both product and program level requirements and to make sure that Wavestream has the products that customers really need.
