As a HR professional, I'm always open to the chances to meet new people with the stories that I've never experienced before by myself. I've been working on global recruiting projects for more than 4 years. I met lots of new graduates from several countries who are willing to work in Japan and extend their possibility. The most important thing I've found while working in this field was to understand the candidates' stories is the key of successful recruiting. Before I go abroad, my world was quite small. It was made of my tiny circle of people around me. Though I love new challenges and enjoy reading, the world outside of my comfort zone was something totally different. Choosing things is sometimes really tough for some people who are interested in various things. It is the same on the recruiting process. To choose one, there might be some loses. But as a recruiter/HR professional it is rewarding to help those people and to see they are satisfied with their job and achievements.
