- Coordinating multiple projects of different donors at the same time. - Monitoring projects on activity plan, budget and expenses, financial forecasting, time writing, deadlines, (donor) reporting, (donor) rules & regulations. - Developing proposals, budgets, company policy, standard operating procedures.- Communicating with colleagues all over the world, including travels for project monitoring and evaluation.- Donors of our projects were USAID, the EU, national governments, private donors and NGOs.

- Lobbied for more attention for Tuberculosis in combination with HIV and antimicrobial resistance towards Parliament, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health, Well-being and Sports.- Recruited Anne Kuik (CDA) as ambassador for the organisation as a so called 'Tering-ambassadeur'.- Organising Global Health Cafes, in cooperation with organisations like KIT (Royal Tropical Institute), WEMOS and Cordaid.

Happietaria is a restaurant for charity. We raised €120,000 in one month for three HIV/Aids projects. As PR-manager I was repsonsible for the visibility of the restaurant and the projects. I had contact with local and national media and other relevant stakeholders like the municipatlity and the organisations we raised money for. Was managing a team of 6 volunteers for PR and 4 volunteers for raising awareness.The funds went to three Dutch international development organisations: Tear, ZOA and Woord en Daad.
