During my internship at Franklin Covey Japan, I focused on two main projects. The first aimed to improve employee engagement and streamline the onboarding process. This included organizing activities to cater to diverse employee interests and offering free English classes. The second project was to boost employee well-being and productivity by integrating new AI tools. I researched the best AI applications and created a guide for their use.I faced challenges like gathering sufficient data and ensuring strong employee participation. To overcome these, I collaborated with the HR department to analyze the existing onboarding process and conducted tests to determine the best AI tools for the company.As a result, I developed a new onboarding process map, organized a summer office event, provided over 35 hours of English lessons, and created a comprehensive AI usage guide.
