During my internship at Franklin Covey Japan, I focused on two main projects. The first aimed to improve employee engagement and streamline the onboarding process. This included organizing activities to cater to diverse employee interests and offering free English classes. The second project was to boost employee well-being and productivity by integrating new AI tools. I researched the best AI applications and created a guide for their use.I faced challenges like gathering sufficient data and ensuring strong employee participation. To overcome these, I collaborated with the HR department to analyze the existing onboarding process and conducted tests to determine the best AI tools for the company.As a result, I developed a new onboarding process map, organized a summer office event, provided over 35 hours of English lessons, and created a comprehensive AI usage guide. Primary responsibilities included organizing, setting up, and managing an office recording studio and creating/editing content for the company. I also gathered and organized data.

Taught people about Jesus Christ. Lived missionary standards, while organizing daily and weekly activities. Spoke Japanese to all who would listen. Studied and effectively communicated with others and a partner while providing training and mentoring for other missionaries.

Primary Responsibilities included operating machinery and vehicles to maintain golf grounds. Cleaning and maintaining equipment and working outside in different weather conditions.

Grill & Fryer Cook responsible for cooking and preparing customer orders, food preparations, clean up, and closing of restaurant. I worked on a well-functioning team and received praise for my punctuality and work ethic.

Primary responsibilities included mowing & trimming customer’s lawn on a weekly basis, pulling weeds, and overall yard maintenance. I manage all billings, income, and expenditures.
