I initially formed this company in 2013 to enable my own consulting services as an available alternative to traditional W2 employment. But within one year it had multiple employees, a half-dozen contracts, a Top Secret facility security clearance, comprehensive benefits, and an agile DCAA-compliant accounting structure. I ended the company’s contract performance to avoid any conflict of interest when I became COO for Telophase Corporation. Since leaving Telophase in 2016, InfraMission has remained a viable option for consulting.

I brought business and technical experience to this contractor, taking them from 42 to 82 employees in two years. I oversaw all back-office functions and ensured performance excellence for all customer-facing contracts, while simultaneously serving as PM for the three largest contracts. I transformed the cost accounting structure and resulting burden rates to achieve a 40x profitability increase in the first year. I applied industry best practices and institutionalized them for consistent performance. I successfully started up two new contracts, performing the hands-on transition details required and developing relationships with the new employees and teammates.

I architected technical, management, and process solutions for a variety of Government environments. I applied current technology solutions to immediate customer challenges, and I assessed emerging technologies for applicability to known customer environments. I documented these innovations in white papers and proposals, and I briefed them to numerous flag officers, action officers, and technical staff. Most new technologies applied were for Cyber Security solutions. Among many accomplishments, I created CyberForge®, Innovation Bridge®, InCyberThreat®, and PRISM® as unique TAPE offerings. I also established the lab environment and the COE showcase environment to build and demonstrate these TAPE solutions.
