Onboarding, Learning & Development LeadOnboarding Program Development:- Develop and maintain an effective and engaging onboarding program for new hires.- Customize onboarding plans based on departmental and individual needs.- Ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new employees.Learning & Development Strategy:- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create a comprehensive L&D strategy.- Develop clear learning objectives and outcomes for training programs.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Training Content Creation:Design and develop training materials, resources, and e-learning modules.Create engaging and interactive learning content using a variety of tools and media.Incorporate feedback and assessments to measure learning effectiveness.Training Delivery:- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.- Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers as needed.- Ensure training programs are accessible to all employees, including remote workers.Performance Evaluation:- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics.- Make data-driven improvements to enhance learning outcomes.Employee Development:- Identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.Compliance and Documentation:- Ensure all training and onboarding activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.- Maintain accurate records of training completion and certifications.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Collaborate with HR team members, managers, and department heads to align onboarding and L&D initiatives with company goals.- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

- Co-facilitate in New Hire Orientations (onboarding) - Communicate to stakeholders and build the overall engagement project given a specific budget - Create and pitch proposals, multimedia design, script, and copywriting - Facilitate monthly club activities and spearheaded Employee Engagement Ambassador Program - Conduct regular roadshows for campaigns - Source out vendors for events - Employee experience improvement and monitor employee happiness level - Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within the category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System

- Manage smooth flow of applicant traffic on day to day recruitment operational including but not limited to assisting candidates’ initial stage of application up to job offer stage- Ensure all applicants receive swift attention and closure of requests to promote good applicant experience- Conduct recruitment interviews by reviewing resumes, credentials and qualifications of applicants and proceed with behavioral interviews- Conduct behavioural interviews for agent candidates based on program’s hiring profile as needed- Administer generic and program specific assessments as needed- Support TA Specialists/Officers in daily recruitment operations
