I have had a diverse career journey so far, which includes working in the Norwegian game industry, serving as an assistant professor, and working as a project manager. My early years in the game industry increased my passion for the use of technology in our lives. Later, I transitioned to academia, where I had the opportunity to teach and mentor students interested in agile project management, digital innovation and the game industry whilst working on my masters and Ph.D. Currently, as a project manager, I apply my knowledge and experience to deliver impactful projects that meet the needs of users and stakeholders. As a professional, I am motivated by working on projects that matter and making a change. I strongly believe in the power of agile and design thinking to stimulate creativity and innovation. I always strive to put the user at the center of my work, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. One of my key areas of interest is the use of gaming and netiquette among children and teenagers. I am convinced that educating parents and adults working with children about the responsible use of technology can have a positive impact on the next generation.
