* Responsible for Employee Benefits administration of client employers.* Strong knowledge and understanding of all benefit programs. (e.g. Medical, Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, Gap, FSA, HSA, 401(k) ESPP and Workers Compensation plans.* Administration of all employee benefit elections, deductions and Evidence of Insurability process.* Maintain a strong working relationship with insurance carrier representatives to maximize efficient customer service.* Organization of annual open enrollment for employee benefits.* Constant communication with employees to assist with guidance for any inquiries regarding policies, programs, procedures etc.* Process weekly 401(k) deferral, loan & status changes from provider.* Assist employees with any claim guidance for all plans.* On-going education of employer benefits compliance.* Responsible for all state and federal compliance reporting.* My activities range from building relationships with insurance carriers to working with various resources to optimize the level of service and cost effective coverage that benefit our organization and its employees.
