Responsible for handling and managing team members' interactions with customers on behalf of company clients including tier II and escalated interactions and assisting team Leaders in their daily tasks and duties within the following accounts:• Talabat• SHEIN• WFP (World Food Program)Job Duties and Responsibilities• Conducting data-driven analytical studies to predict future events and forecast peak periods using historical data.• Answering all incoming requests and addressing the customers’ problems in a timely manner.• Re-directing requests as per the set processes and taking adequate action as required.• Following company procedures when handling incoming and outgoing interactions with the ability to resolve and close issues.• Escalating issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor.• Responsible for handling the production floor when needed.• Coaching team members on failed SLA tasks upon specified quality guidelines.• Analysing whole team members' issues and setting action plans to solve conflicts and strengthen points of weakness.
