As Head of Platform Pricing, I lead a team of 4 proposition developers and a data analyst to craft bol's pricing strategy. We define a vision, identify most pressing issues to solve, set pricing priorities, and ensure execution by defining ambitions and creating investment cases. I engage stakeholders to align on goals and drive strategic initiatives across the business. My role ensures bol's pricing remains competitive and effective.

As a Senior Product Owner, I led two Product Teams to enhance retailer pricing and benchmark data. I developed and managed a strategic product roadmap, balancing stakeholder priorities and business goals. My role included creating a product vision, coaching Product Owners, and ensuring efficient development processes.

In my role, I ensure our systems for calculating prices and delivery times are being developed in a valuable and future proof way. I maintain a product roadmap that reflects the wishes and priorities of different stakeholders. Next to that, I make sure ideas are being elaborated intime, so the development team can work efficiently.

As a member of the Pricing and Logistics team I support the daily operations to show valid prices and delivery times on the bol.com website. To do so, I have to identify and analyze potential issues and problems and take action accordingly. Next to that, I advise business stakeholders where and how improvements in the process can be made.

At D-reizen I am responsible for keeping the reporting infrastructure (QlikView) aligned with business needs and processes. To do so, I develop new reports, I keep existing reports up to date and I take the necessary actions when something changes in our backoffice systems. I analyze the data and reports and give advice to business stakeholders. I take part in the development of key performance indicators.
