For a span of 8 years, I have had the privilege of working at this remarkable establishment, and I take immense pride in that. The owners of Cafe Mirage have always exuded kindness, making it feel like a second home where the employees have become an inseparable family. Moreover, it goes without saying that the food served at this Ocean City, MD gem is unparalleled.In 2015, I had the opportunity to contribute to the company's success by redesigning their logo, a project that holds a special place in my heart. As time went on, I continued to support Cafe Mirage by maintaining their website, food photography and assuming various roles within the establishment. From being a Manager to a Hostess, Server, Expediter, Food Prep, and even a Pastry Chef, I have experienced the diverse facets of this incredible place.Jay and Krista, the owners of Cafe Mirage, have consistently welcomed me back with open arms, whether it was during my design positions or in between them. Their unwavering support and belief in my abilities have been instrumental in shaping my journey at Cafe Mirage.

In my role as the UX/UI Designer at DVORA Life, I played a crucial part in the design of property management software by making collaborative user experience design decisions and implementing interface designs.To ensure a seamless user experience, I began by creating wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity mockups. These visual representations allowed me to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback. I worked closely with developers in sprints, to ensure that the final product met the needs and expectations of our users.Throughout the design process, I emphasized the importance of iteration and testing. By continuously refining and improving the functionality of the software, I aimed to create an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Adhering to consistent brand guidelines, I ensured that the interface design remained cohesive and aligned with the overall brand identity.Considering the diverse range of devices on which the software would be used, I also took into account responsive design principles. This involved adapting the interface to different screen sizes and platforms, including web, iPad, iOS, and Android. By prioritizing responsiveness, I aimed to provide a consistent and optimized experience across all devices.Overall, my role as the UX/UI Designer at DVORA Life involved a comprehensive approach to design, encompassing collaboration, iteration, and consideration of various platforms. Through my contributions, I aimed to create a user-centric and visually appealing property management software.

My journey at DiCarlo Precision Instrument began as an intern during my last semester at Salisbury University, where I sought to expand my experience in the field. It didn't take long for me to develop a passion for print production, and in February 2018, I was offered a full-time position. Starting as an onsite graphic designer and printing assistant, I eventually earned a promotion to the role of Print Manager, leading a small team.In my role, I had a diverse range of responsibilities. This included conducting walk-in graphic design consultations, where I worked closely with clients to bring their print material designs to life. I prepared files for printing, and utilized various printing technologies, such as Xerox, Canon, and Oce Printers, to handle both narrow and large format printing. Additionally, I utilized Adobe Photoshop for tasks like photo restoration, color matching and artwork reproduction. I also had experience in finishing work, which involved tasks like mounting, cutting, and laminating. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to assist with media transfers, converting film, super 8, VHS-C, and VHS formats to DVD and digital video formats.Aside from my design and printing responsibilities, I also held additional duties. This included opening and closing the store, ensuring the smooth operation of printers through regular maintenance, and managing projects from start to finish.Throughout my time at DiCarlo Precision Instrument, I gained valuable experience in print production and graphic design, while also developing skills in project management and customer service.
