Oversight of the entire business and technical operations  of the data centres in Singapore with full accountability of the P&L of the Singapore business.

Led the new Integrated Managed Services delivery arm of GTS. Key offerings includes managed  computer operations, technical architecture solutioning, business continuity consulting, cloud  computing hosting and full fledge end to end account management.

During production phases of the telematics devices, responsibilities includes production planning, quality assurance and program management.

Responsible for the strategising of the technology roadmap for base products and service offerings for the telematics platforms. Accountable for manufacturing productivity, quality assurance  and cycle time, via continuous improvement methods, while supporting expanded product portfolio. Concurretly, was primarily responsible to direct a classified project for a major client in Middle East with a Total Contract Value in excess of USD500M with options.

In the capacity of the Command Centre Manager, tasked with ensuring mission critical support and  availability of IT processing services to all member entities 24x7x365. Key responsibilities includes the  participating of the group wide Change Review Board with emphasis on mainframe and network related  changes. Key driver for the enhancement to the business continuity program within IT infrastructure  services with achievement of 100% passing rate for both internal and external compliance requirements  consecutively 2 years running.

Led a multinational consulting team providing consulting services on IT audits and management disciplines to some of the largest banks in China. Assigned as the Transition Integration Manager overseeing phase 3 of the Regional IT Outsourcing contracts for a foreign bank operating in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Operationalised and managed the first Internet Data Centre in Asia. Co-managed the successful implementation of the Universal Server Farm infrastructure in record time. Active participation during deal engagement phase leading to the award of 2 major IT/Operations outsourcing contracts worth USD1.4Bn in total. Participated in the subsequent integration and transition of the above 2 companies' computing and data centre infrastructure and staff.

Responsible for storage subsystem solutioning. Participated in bid engagement and quality assurance to ensure delivery capabilities are fulfilled.

Holding multi‐disciplinary roles within the systems management team. Tasked with key technical support for financial institutions with emphasis on mainframe subsystems such as operating system, database management and storage administration. Responsible for the successful conversion and cut over of critical subsystems to Y2K compliant versions.

Responsible for the overall health of the mainframe storage systems and functioning of the electronic document archival and retrieval platform.
