I manage the end-to-end training coordination process, from planning and scheduling to delivery and evaluation, ensuring quality and efficiency. With a B.Sc degree from MDU and multiple certifications in Excel, Power BI. I have a strong interest and aptitude in data analysis. I use these tools to generate insights and reports on the training outcomes and feedback, and to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
