The client, a publisher based in London, aimed to renew their editing and design processes which at the time were mostly manual. A brand new, automated process was designed and developed on BPM solution. All content was stored in ECM system. The project aimed to develop automated fraud operation processes which at the time were managed manually. The fraud database was designed to gather data from multiple sources.
