Harbir is a civic entrepreneur and honored with multiple awards and recognitions for her impact and efforts. She has a diverse background in leadership, technology, marketing & PR, community organizing, and production. She has worked across multiple industries from defense, SW/HW, Services, and nonprofit sectors. Harbir has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management. She has led and launched products in online learning and social engagement, digital transformation practices, and also started social enterprises. Now she works on pressing issues of our times, including Ukraine humanitarian crisis. At the start of the pandemic she launched community coalition to provide Covid relief for the public and frontline workers by creating solution streams through volunteers and putting unemployed people to work. She advocates for increased collaboration between the private and public sector and using data and technology to create solutions that increase quality of life, solve the pressing issues and needs, enrich experiences, and driver high impact outcomes! Harbir life is guided through lens of Sikhi and she is on a constant quest to make things better, create value, and quality of life for all. Harbir has received multiple awards: 2022 Womens History Month Honoree, Santa Clara County Supervisor Medals of Honor for COVID Relief initiatives, the “The Community Hero Award", "Leadership in Business", “Women’s Empowerment: Inspiring Achievement Award", "Distinguished Community Leader", and "CA Assembly Recognition for Community Betterment", etc.
