Responsible for smooth operations of Group HR in North Region. My responsibilities include:• Talent Management: Man Power Planning, Complete Recruitment Cycle, Employer Branding, Employee Orientation, engaging in Employer Branding activities, maintaining pool of suitable candidates on Proactive basis.• Training & Development: Identification of trainers/ training institutions. Partnering with all functions of organization to optimize skills inventory through different training & development plans & in-house sessions.• Performance Management: Assist in compiling SMART Goals, carrying out annual employee performance evaluations through PRPs followed by Personal Development plans and coordinating with Head Office.• HR Operations: Communicating HR Policies and ensuring compliance, promoting company values, grievance handling, taking disciplinary actions, communication with Head Office and Regional Offices.• Organisational Development: Assisting in job analysis and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date job descriptions are in place. Maintaining and updating Organograms, Analysing policies & procedures, various form and suggesting any changes as per requirements.

• Assisting in job analysis and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date job descriptions are in place.• Assisting in semi-annual and annual performance appraisals of the employees.• Assisting in hiring procedure e.g. designing job advertisements and ensuring effective selection process in coordination with different departments.• Carrying out orientation of junior and senior management staff.• Identifying training needs of the employees and arranging in-house and outside trainings as per the requirements.• Supervising all the correspondence related to human resources. • Ensuring that employee related records are properly maintained in HRMS and generating different reports for decision making purpose.• Supervising Payroll and analyzing the absenteeism, late coming and other policy related issues.• Assisting in development, improvement and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees.
