Started as Sales Manager with PIL; brought in some new customers and assisted to provide sales quotation to Sales team. Safety committee member; contributed ideas to improve the warehouse safety.Worked as Assistance Customer Service Manager for last one and half month. Assisted to set up procedure to enhance work flow.

Main focus was on integrating the affiliate’s company and knowledge transfer of critical processes and systems. Provided technical training to key users in Oracle and key modules of delivery systems. Operationally, remained as the key “go-to” resource for all transport related activities. Fundamental goal to still ensure smooth operational flows and timely.
