 Responsible for updating, maintaining and supporting its e-commerce portal as well as internal systems. Supported project implementations throughout the Agile Lifecycle by clarifying requirements, identifying, managing change requests and keeping documentation updated. Worked as an Interface between the Users and the different teams involved in the application development for the better understanding of the Business and IT Processes. Followed a structured approach to organize Requirements into logical groupings of essential Business Processes, Business Rules, and Information needs that insured that Critical Requirements were not missed. Worked with TFS for Version control, Requirement management (User stories), Bug tracking and Testing. As well as ensuring all artifacts are up to date and controlling any duplication of effort. Attended daily scrum, and conducted one-on-ones with team members to check progress. Maintained product backlog (backlog grooming, stack ranking user stories based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority) as well as a backlog burn-down chart (for measuring progress). Logged defects/bugs and ensured that issues are resolved before next iteration. Ensured code integrates; all the units pass testing and escalate if anything goes wrong. Scheduled follow-on retest or close UAT task as appropriate given the results pass. Signed off on the checklist (marked functional requirement exit criteria as being met, documented results and any agreed remedial actions).
