I am authentic, compassionate, and adaptable. Every day I try to be true to myself and express who I am. All I've ever wanted to do is help others whether that be physically or emotionally. I grew up with a lifestyle where everyday was different and had a different challenge so I am comfortable with change. My skills include resolving conflicts between people, inspiring others to do their best, and critically analyzing and solving problems.Growing up I was homeschooled and spent the majority of my time teaching myself or helping my mom. I also spent a lot of my time with dogs whether it be my own or the ones I rescued, fostered, and rehabilitated. I am originally from Columbus, Texas and plan on moving back to Texas after I am finished with school because family is deeply important to me. I was successful in all of the odd jobs I took in high school including tutoring, babysitting, moving, building fences, bookkeeping, and embroidery. I am now studying at Indiana University and work for IU Event Services as a ticket taker, usher, or elevator attendant. I am not currently sure what I want to do, I've had experience in driving a large van transporting dogs from Texas to Connecticut and really enjoyed it, so I currently believe I could find joy in a career similar to this. In my free time I enjoy creating art of all kinds whether it be through photography, whittling, painting, jewelry making, and welding. I also enjoy visiting my friends to see if there is anything I can help them with. If I'm not doing these two things I will be hiking, exploring a new topic I'm interested in, or reading a good book.
