Andy is CEO and Executive Director of the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association (Registered Charity #91/11219 Section 88)HKGDA is a member of Community Chest Hong Kong and all of our services are provided free of charge. We abide by the standards of the International Guide Dog Federation in all of our programs.HKGDA’s mission is to offer the visually impaired citizens of Hong Kong the option of using a guide dog as their primary mobility aid.From 2016 the Association expanded from 6 to 14 staff. Producing 12 guide dogs and visually impaired partnership annually. Funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and started a new 5,000 SF training facility in East Kowloon Central District Area. Also granted a 20,000 SF former Lau Fau Shan Police Station as The Hong Kong Guide Dogs Academy by the Development Bureau. Started a new service to provide therapy dogs to children with autism.

During the four-year tenure, Andy is focused on the Core Splunk Disruptive Software Product and Big Data at Splunk. Andy is also responsible for Asia Pacific Region's go-to-market strategy, partner and channel development, analyst relation, PR, field enablement and development of product related content. Andy is responsible for HP's Global SI partner's business, solutions, sales enablement, marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business account planning.Andy has been focusing on developing partner's business and footprint on EDW, enterprise security (ArcSight), business analytics (Vertica), big data as well as cloud solutions and offerings.

Andy has developed a new market in Hong Kong for high performance indoor golf in a shopping arcade - Megabox. Successfully brought the only PGA approved tour simulator to Hong Kong.Provides PGA coaching and practice facility from age of 4 and above.

Accountable for all 5 regions - GC, ANZ, South Asia, Japan and Korea.Responsibilities includes GTM planning and execution, field enablement. product launches and positioning, product evangelism, product strategy and competitive analysis, product positioning, local field marketing programs, channel partner programs, market shares and research.Developing product presentations, whitepapers. Andy has been a member of the EMC Greater China Region Presales Team. Responsible for Hong Kong Solution Center, Proof of Concept (POC), product and solution demostration. Execution of demand generation programs.

Andy started as a Regional Software Specialist in EMC HK, responsible for all EMC software presales, delivery and support. Later became Regional Implemenation Consultant, responsible for Greater China region.

Andy has started his first entrepreneurship to co-own and run a private bar and club - Shocking Color located at the SOHO area of Central Hong Kong.

Andy was a team member of the Account Support Organization of HP Hong Kong. Responsible for all post sale activities. Andy was later awared High Flyer Achiever at 1997 as well as Engineer of the Year 1997.
