Managed payroll team for a 2000+ employee multinational law firm. Responsible for daily and per pay period payroll processing including file imports, auditing and GL account reconciliations. Involved with Ceridian upgrades and special projects. Managed 2 direct reports.

Responsible for collecting, clarifying, and translating client business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and processes) from which solutions are configured and service processes are developed. Actively participated in all phases of the implementation lifecycle and worked closely with a variety of internal and external partners to ensure that all business requirements were documented. Acted as a Relationship Manager to the clients as SME throughout the client transition process. Worked with existing clients to upgrade systems and assisted in writing Technical specifications. Worked closely with development to provide feedback and consultation regarding new products or new releases of current products utilizing Agile Methodology; created user cases. Additional experience in this role included participating and facilitating test cycles, training and providing demos of new products as they were being developed.

Managed daily operations of HRIS system which included Ceridian HR /Payroll (HPW), Ceridian Self Service and Ceridian SourceTimePro time and attendance system. Managed implementations and upgrades of existing systems and developed enhancements to programs for Benefits and Compensation process improvement. Created custom SQL reports for various departments for RFPs which included Census, OT, Turnover, Compensation and Performance reports. Designed and maintained HR Intranet and HR Sharepoint sites. Analyzed and provided data for salary surveys. Provided support and analyses for recruiting manager.

Managed implementation projects and client configuration as well as data conversion, auditing, and transition to service department. Advised new clients on function and benefits of HR/Payroll web-accessed processing utilizing UltiPro. Implemented Ceridian Self-Service and Ultipro Backoffice (Payroll, Taxes, Benefits). Project management with MS Project. Team resource for clients migrating from Ceridian Signature products. Team Lead for client tax kit set up and the liaison to Ceridian Tax Filing Services.
