Urgent rescue team for an e-cigarette factory that was going to shut down.In November 2017, I began to prepare the MOX series of Heat-Not-Burn electronic cigarettes and assemble a team of 10 of Sales and Marketing Department. Product launched on the market in February of 2018, and finished going through quality assurance and mass production test in March 2018. In April 2018, the products were shipped in large quantities and sold mainly in Japan. By August of 2018, more than 30,000 sets were sold.- Analyze overseas market of competitive products including setting up the promotion and sales channel, SNS platform and KOL review etc. - Work closely with design and engineering team during R & D process and quality and production department during product mass production stage.- Foreign language sales recruitment and training, exhibition planning and distribution channel negotiation.

Beans and Leaves (BNL) Automatic Coffee Station is a mini project by myself out of the love of coffee and tea.The project is a personal trial nature.Responsible for the procurement of all the material and the device, commissioning. Three devices are now online, the project continues to recover costs and temporarily does not consider financing or expansion.
