Operating for Industrial Facilities Design & Development (Tooling) Department with mechanical design, robotic process simulation & automational process comissioning teams for industrial process development, realization & comissioning activities mainly for BIW welding process'.* New Master (XDD) project ; responsibility pilotage of industrilization ; mechanical installation, automational & robotic comissioning activities for welding assembly process of underbody complete front unit with 72 robots 50+ mechanical jigs at Batilly plant, France.* New Master (XDD) project ; project management responsibility of studies which includes ; Engine compartement and Dash compartement units process’ with 36 robot & 20+ mechanical jigs with conceptional automational activities. * Modernization & capacitity increase project for Sandero (BJI) & New Kangoo (XFK) ; project management responsibility of studies which includes ; pince replacement of 11 existing robots & additional 6 robots in BM line (mechanical modifs, new welding point distrubution with additional welding points, new layout studies etc..)* Clio (BJA) Hood, serial life performance & material change adaptation project ; project management responsibility for studies which includes a paletisation area with robotic loading of hood parts to AGV driven specific emballage. Operating for Tooling Department within Mechanical Design Section for production engineering ; design & development of welding jigs and other industrial equipments within BIW welding process' (grippers, packagings etc.)* Standart Interposts project for Industrial Flux & Architecture Metier ; Responsibility of conception, structural analysis & project management activities for 20 different type (manuel or AGV operated) of capaciter emballages with nearly 40 different type of emballage equipment which will be standardized at Renault library to be able to used for next projects in body shop process’.* Clio (BJA) serial life performance project ; Robotic loading of back floor part to its’ specific emballage which is carried by an AGV. Project management & conceptional acitivities of the process ; additional robot & robot hand, specific carrier emballage, AGV-emballage housing station & implantation modifications in the existing robotic station etc.. which is a Renault-new process for back floor part.* Megene E-Tech (BCB) project ; responsibility of conception for new AGV loading-unloading system designs (emballage-carrier systems and AGV housing stations which are integrated to work with robots & robot hands for parts loading & unloading operations)* Megane E-Tech (BCB) project ; front unit, flexible welding jigs design responsibility* New Kangoo (XFK) project ; conception & project management responsibilities for stamping end of line grippers (robotic handling with vacuum) to load different parts (hood, door outer & innter, body-side, tunnel etc..) into emballages after their final stamping operation.* New Sandero (BJI) project ; conception responsibility of 2D’s of all manuel operation jigs.

Pilotage of activities between product development and suppliers.* New Clio (BJA) project ; responsibility of coordination for project activities between product development & suppliers in accordance with SQA responsible for CMFB platform underbody parts (nearly 250 parts) for realization phases of project milestones.

Stamping feasibility and die process studies for BIW parts. Preparing process surfaces (drawing, trimming, restriking and flanging etc.) and conducting process simulations (sheet metal forming) for better optimized stamping process'.* F-Max (H62X) project ; responsibility of die process studies including feasibility phases with p.d. teams for hood inner & outer, door outer, back panel & different diversity of roof parts.* Serial life stamping process’ imporevement studies for various parts for ex. ; body side, door opening part etc..* New Fiesta (VII generation) project ; responsibility of die process including feasibility phases with p.d. teams for door reinforcement & belt reinforcement parts.
