Working closely with my customers(Finance, Telco & Big Enterprise Customer Segments) in an advisory approach to help them accelerate their journey in adopting the Storage Technologies and Business Continuity & High Availability Solutions

* Working as a presales consultant and, responsible for designing Storage & SAN infrastructure on complex projects with the solutions like: - Converged System solutions for Oracle, Vmware, SQL and SAP-HANA- Blade servers - Midrange / Highend & All Flash Storages - Object Storage & NAS Storage * Responsible for achieving sales quota in targeted accounts* Responsible for applying consultative sales approach and creating new opportunities* Working on all sales cycle of the opportunities starting from prospecting to closure and follow-up

• Managing pre-sale and pre-install technical solution & quality assurance progress for key storage deals as an SME. (for IBM and business partners)• Driving storage pre-sales activities (low-level design, modeling & sizing) in the assigned territory of IBM’s Core and Invest customers with profit & increased-pipeline targets.• Hands-on/remote storage product demos & POCs.• Technical enablement/update/competitive activities for IBM customers and business partners.• Deep technical knowledge in IBM and competitor storage portfolios• Articulating the details of solution effectively in a proposed customer solution• Maintaining excellent communications with customer executive management and business executives• Work as the lead for large complex projects at a regional or global level

• Working as a Technical Consultant and mainly responsible for the post sales activities• Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Administration of Unix based O/S like HP-UX and Redhat Linux• Excellent in Unix system concepts like HA Cluster technologies, filesystem and volume management, Vpar, Virtual Machine and Network Concepts like SAN• Installation, Configuration, Management and Troubleshooting of Vmware• Remote support for HP Servers (Integrity, Proliant, Blades) and Storage Systems• Managing Data Backups and Restores• Proactive monitoring procedures to identify problem prevention opportunities• Initiate Elevations/Escalations procedures.• Work on systems with highly complex configurations• E2E problem ownership• Support and implementation of complex designs, and migrations
