I am an experimental physicist specializing in the development of neuromorphic devices using resistive switching memory. Throughout my research career, I have been actively involved in all aspects of the field, ranging from device fabrication to measurement, and have gained extensive experience through various projects. My primary research interests are in oxide thin films and ferroelectrics, with a particular focus on materials such as NiO, ZnO, IZGO, and HfO2. I am well versed in using techniques such as sputtering and atomic layer deposition (ALD) to study these materials. In addition to my hands-on expertise in device fabrication, I possess a wide range of materials and device measurement techniques that allow me to accurately determine and analyze their physical properties. This extensive knowledge and experience has positioned me as an expert in the field. I have also expanded my research capabilities to include process development and equipment design for two-dimensional materials and nanowires. I have successfully developed processes for laminating and transferring various materials and have been involved in building specialized equipment for these purposes. In addition, I have achieved successful results in fine patterning processes required for device fabrication. In particular, I have achieved sub-5 nm resolutions using the Elionix ELS-G100 EBL in e-beam lithography. This process development expertise further complements my research profile.
