Led a cross functional team of developers and fashion designers to create, market, and analyze a UX survey for thredUP’s subscription product. The survey analysis results influenced the future product questionnaire through providing more relevant customer information and data resulting in an increased subscription purchase KPI. Audited thredUP’s subscription product email flow and provided recommendations to improve the customer email experience which were adopted by the communications team. As a result, there was a decrease in the number of customers needing to contact thredUP's customer service. Created Looker business analytics monitoring dashboards to provide real-time quantitative metrics to drive quick data driven decisions.

Created and presented a cultural assessment recommendation deck aimed to promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. The deck was derived from self-conducted research including internal employee interviews and external expert interviews supported by academic paper findings.
