Developed the Operating System of YouView's set-top-boxes with C++ / Boost / STL / Asynchronous Programming / Python / Bash / IPC on embedded Linux using Test Driven Development:- Contributed to the launch of YouView (in 2012) and to software updates delivered every 6 months to **a million YouView set-top-boxes** (in 2014):- Delivered C++ changes to support new features, including Internet-delivered channels (Channels Metadata API / Parental Controls API), Audio Feedback, support for several UIs (Tuning API), installation, launch and update of HTML5 applications (Application Library API),- Contributed to the creation of the Open Source project [stb-tester](https://stb-tester.com/) using OpenCV, GStreamer and Python. Enabled to replace an expensive outsourced automated-testing system that was not giving results. Made Image Processing algorithm reliable, added unit tests and improved the Python API provided to testers,- Enabled several teams to diagnose more effectively hard-to-reproduce problems and to identify bottlenecks affecting performance by developing scripts to collect traces and metrics of the set-top-boxes.Contribution: 100,000 lines of production code and unit tests in C++ / Python / Bash (65,000 added, 35,000 deleted).
