This includes recruitment, assignment, mentorship, management, and assisting in setting and achieving goals.I bring over 15 years of experience in user-centric design with a strong emphasis on data-driven methodologies. For the past decade, I've had the privilege of working across various sectors such as B2B, B2C, and G2C (which includes healthcare, telecom, billing, finance, FMCG, education, e-government, and enterprise).Moreover, I have initiated the "XD Community," a vibrant community of more than 400 followers designers, and business analysts. We are dedicated to nurturing design maturity in Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi.
