Responsibilities included:• Facilitating MassMutual’s Diversity and Inclusion education program for managers and individual contributors• Coaching and supporting managers with team Diversity and Inclusion plans• Promoting Diversity and Inclusion by partnering with Diversity and Inclusion office and others to identify, coordinate, implement and assess a variety of Diversity and Inclusion programs and initiatives• Providing thought leadership on Diversity and Inclusion as it related to training and program development • Supporting Corporate HR during New Hire Orientation by providing organizational overview of Employees Resource Groups and promoting MassMutual's commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Responsibilities included: • Developing relationships with business leaders and strategic partners to seek to identify performance gaps and develop strategy to enhance organizational performance, including solutions for performance analysis, process changes, knowledge and skill development and performance support tools• Consulting with Lines-of-business leaders to help align learning solutions with the mission, strategy and goals• Partnering with Business Strategy Consultants, Continuous Improvement Leaders and Coaches, and HR Business Partners to identify knowledge and skill-based performance enhancement opportunities• Employing consulting skills and practices to identify and define performance gaps and enhancement opportunities• Providing leaders and business partners expert guidance on industry learning practices• Formulating strategies and learning solutions for closing the performance gaps• Coordinating performance solutions with Readiness, Documentation, Project Management, MassMutual Way and HR partners• Drafting L&P Solutions Plans to initiate learning solution design, development and delivery process• Partnering with Learning Designers and Developers to prescribe learning solutions including instructor-led, e-learning, self-study, mentoring guides, simulations and other blended learning methods• Tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to schedule• Working to continuously enhance learning solution quality, efficiency and speed• Maintaining high standards for quality of the learning, retention and transfer to performance• Supporting performance measurement, tracking and reporting process

Responsibilities included:• Official representative and spokesperson for the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Team• Working with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to establish all guidelines and procedures necessary to administer any activities required to address the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of the Employee Resource Group (ERG).• Providing leadership and direction while developing, managing, and implementing a strategic business plan focusing on issues impacting all members of the ERG’s dimension of diversity and ally MassMutual employees, and providing the goals and objectives necessary to address those issues.• Establishing and overseeing committees to address matters that are contingent on the success of the ERG and are in alignment with MassMutual’s Diversity & Inclusion Strategy. • Moving the ERG forward by; being a value-added diversity resource, business partners to help achieve business objectives, change agents for driving diversity and inclusion, and a source for enhancing lines of communication with MassMutual employees.
