LEED, Materials, & Health: Coordinated three million dollar grant project to encourage market transformation in the building materials industry. Worked with team of sub-grantees, university partners, and cross-functional staff to support research, develop new tools, and engage stakeholders.Demand Response Partnership Program: Designed and directed program bringing together utilities, service providers, commercial building owners, and researchers to better connect the building and energy communities and increase participation in demand response. Secured & administered $550,000 in funding. Managed team of clients, consultants, researchers, and cross-functional staff. Findings from the program pushed USGBC toward a deeper commitment to the issue of sustainable electricity generation & delivery.PEER Rating System for Sustainable Electricity Delivery: Cultivated relationship, over the course of three years, with the developers of PEER. Provided guidance, shared lessons learned from LEED, and connected potential collaborators. Managed integration of PEER rating system products and staff into USGBC’s organizational structure. Served as key member of the strategy team for program design, technical development, and market reach.Green Buildings and Worker Safety: Cultivated and steered relationship with the National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety, resulting in a new LEED pilot credit, an educational series, and a presentation at the largest green building conference in the world.Green Building Codes & Standards: Served on the DC Construction Codes Coordinating Board Green Technical Advisory Group to guide the development of the DC Green Construction Code which went into effect in March 2014.LEED Volume Pilot Program: Managed multi-national corporate accounts. Tracked and reported program revenue and evaluation metrics. Coordinated program team.LEED v4 Rating System Development: Advised on the development of LEED v4 credits and reference guides.
