Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization and all our IT partners in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. - Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department, research and consumer behaviour to identify loopholes in our own services - or new potential market niches. - Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door - both offline and online. - Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation - starting from the idea to the execution. - Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click and image campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, PR, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, User Experience and Interface Design and much, much more- Manage our websites in a manner that matters for our customers - by providing them the information they need in a manner that they understand- Produce viable, valuable and engaging content for all our websites and blogs that attracts and converts our target groups- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and vendors- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
