With over 15 years of experience in technology program management, I am a passionate and collaborative leader who drives agile transformation and innovation for media intelligence solutions. As the Manager of Project Management and Agile Coach at MediaRadar, I am responsible for the execution and rollout of Scrum and Kanban frameworks across multiple teams within the technology department, ensuring timely and quality delivery of cross-media insights for our clients.Previously, I led two global teams of quality assurance testers at Vivvix, where I developed and improved the QA processes and best practices for our engineering teams.
