Senior Management Analyst
Current• Tracking and monitoring the Library Department’s Grants, Systemwide ServiceContracts and Capital Improvement Program budget.• Acts as the fiscal lead for grant reporting to external agencies.• Assisting in the annual Budget Development Process by compiling figures andinformation for the May Revise and Five-Year Financial Outlook and Annual BudgetProcess.• CIP Budget Development and monitoring, including entry into the Public BudgetFormulation (PBF) module.• Prepares Request for Proposals (RFP), grant applications, grant management modulesetup, grant reporting, grant funded programs monitoring and single audit reporting.• Responsible for CIPRAC Meeting attendance and actions.• Creation of Council/Mayoral Actions in OnBase, CIP FMBBs (budget transfers),produce internal CIP and Grant reporting.• Utilizing SAP, Ariba, and Business Objects to perform job duties.• Conducting budget and fiscal analysis, examples of which include planning andmanagement of research projects/financial projections.• Acting as the Department’s Liaison with Engineering Capital Projects Department andDepartment of Finance.• Oversight of purchase orders for new and on-going service contracts for 37 librarylocations.• Providing administrative support for other section staff as needed.• Supervising 1 staff.
