Having worked in care for 25yrs I have worked through many challenges. Including burnout. Always looking for the positives and smiling as much as possible. I believe caring for your team is the best way to succeed. How are your team coping right now? Some will be pushing through and turning up day after daySome unwell and struggling to cope with stress and anxiety What are you doing to support them to keep going and to return to work?I can help with this, I have a coaching program's for carers and managersIn 2016 I had been experiencing challenges at work and home and I burnt out, I thought I would never work in care again! I picked myself up, sought support and regained my health and wellbeing. I have a coach and always will, it has been the best thing for me, hence I have trained to be a coach myself.
