Heidi helps clients develop and implement comprehensive strategic public relations and public affairs plans that incorporate grassroots coalition-building efforts, employee relations, social media, and multimedia communications.Highlights of Heidi’s client work include providing strategic counsel through all phases of the MinnCan pipeline project, developing and maintaining an employee-driven civic engagement program for Blue Cross Blue Shield, managing the creation of videos for Flint Hills Resources, and supporting Pfizer’s advocacy and government relations efforts.In addition to her client work, Heidi serves as chief financial officer. In this role, Heidi helps develop the company’s strategic direction, oversees its finances, and determines its fiscal strategies.

Heidi helped clients engage and activate the people most important to them through broad-based public relations and public affairs campaigns. She also worked with clients to enhance their efforts with the right mix of websites, brochures, videos, and social media channels.

As an account executive, Heidi worked with clients to develop all types of communications materials, including brochures, websites, and displays for trade shows and events. Heidi also helped clients successfully organize and publicize events, from groundbreaking ceremonies to annual meetings. In addition, she helped clients develop and implement effective newspaper and radio advertising campaigns.

The Minnesota State Council on Vocational and Technical Education advised the state on matters regarding the governing and future of Minnesota’s technical colleges and worked with the Legislature on laws affecting technical education. Heidi assisted the council with report writing, meeting preparation, and event planning.
