Act as liaison between these departments, head salesperson and client.- Collect all design assets needed for each project and work closely with 2D and 3D team to ensure requests are met and delivered on time- Initiate touch base with internal and external stakeholders when problem solving is needed and communicate needs clearly- Write up SOW’s and detailed project descriptions- Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal departments; design, engineering, PM, production and tech, to ensure solid cross channel communication.- Work directly with assigned PM to ensure all details and specifics are being carried out properly for each project prior to review with client- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives- Clearly communicate the progress or changes weekly for all jobs in salesforce and status report.- Assist in Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to help assist meet sales quotas Show less
