Function Leader, Proposal Management Group, North America
Current- Carry end-to-end responsibility for the proposal management group, delivering all commercial proposals in the North American Market, a funnel of more than $6B annually.- Hire, develop, support, and enable a high-performing, highly-engaged team of proposal managers and writers in the development of compelling RFPs.- Foster a culture of inclusion, empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the function, leading to best-in-class employee engagement and stakeholder satisfaction. - Utilize Lean, Kata, and Six Sigma methodologies to identify data-driven process improvements, proposal best practices, and productivity savings opportunities.- Collaborate effectively with global markets to evaluate and resolve high priority needs and standardize operational work across global markets.- Identify actionable customer feedback from proposal win/loss analytics to and report market trends to cross-functional teams in order to drive marketing and sales strategies.- Work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and executive leadership to maintain product updates, market intelligence and regulatory standards.
